Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how OnBaseIQ, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the SAT Summit mobile application (the “App”). We built SAT Summit to be private by design: you do not need an account, and we do not collect personal information about you.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
SAT Summit does not require you to create an account or provide a name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information to use the App. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
To make the App work, certain information is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to us or to any third party. This includes things like your practice progress, answer history, streaks, experience points, score estimates, selected target school, and app settings. This information stays on your device, and deleting the App removes it.
3. Purchases
SAT Summit offers optional subscriptions and a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive anonymous, aggregated information from Apple about purchases (for example, the number of subscriptions) that does not identify you personally.
4. No Tracking or Advertising
SAT Summit contains no third-party advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA). We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
5. Children’s Privacy
SAT Summit is intended for students preparing for the SAT, generally ages 13 and older. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the App does not collect personal information at all, no such information about a child is gathered. If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information, please contact us and we will address it.
6. Data Security
Because your information remains on your own device and is not sent to our servers, it is protected by your device’s own security features. We recommend keeping your device updated and protected with a passcode.
7. Third-Party Services
The only third-party service the App relies on is Apple’s App Store and in-app purchase system, which is used to deliver the App and process purchases. Your use of Apple’s services is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
